Why they want to learn it

Prioritizing the integration of social-emotional skills into the curriculum is more important than ever. The interactive Youth Leadership Development Course (in Spanish) will help young people develop leadership, problem-solving, self-direction and interpersonal skills. The course incorporates mentoring to build confidence and improve communication skills.

This comprehensive Dale Carnegie course will assist students in the development of the Soft Skills and has been accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET). Soft Skills training provides the most fundamental part of a curriculum on the most vital skills for a human being to succeed in life.

The course is eligible for 1 college semester credit hour in oral communication at most U.S. colleges and universities. Recommended for ages 14 up.
