Transfer Policy:

A registrant may transfer once without a transfer fee. Any additional transfers will be subject to a $75 fee. All credits for paid courses and seminars will expire one year after they are issued.

Cancellation Policy:

Dale Carnegie Puerto Rico will provide the participant with a refund if a cancellation is three weeks prior to the start of your course. Refunds will be issued to the participant within 45 days from the date of cancellation. If the participant attends all or part of a course, no refunds will be provided.

Dale Carnegie Puerto Rico reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other events beyond our control. In the event a class is cancelled, we will notify the participant as soon as possible. The participant may choose to receive a full refund of their registration fee or a credit on another class. Dale Carnegie Puerto Rico is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred due to program cancellations.
