The world today, increasingly values communication skills and interpersonal relationships, the ability to work as a team and initiative, even at the same level as their academic knowledge. Young people need to balance school, work, family and personal relationships, while at the same time, plan their future.

The curriculum was developed with feedback from students that include real-life scenarios and role-playing. At the start of the program, each student should select a community involvement / community service project. The successful completion of this project is a graduation requisite.
